Drawing inspiration from our ongoing community efforts, we have established the [24]7.ai Foundation, a separate entity that is responsible for developing and executing bigger programs for greater impact. Our goal is to make a difference by enabling success within the local community. The foundation focuses on several corporate social responsibility initiatives, including: education, blood donation, sustainability, and other community-facing activities.
Through our CSR programme we aim at equipping women with relevant skills enabling them to participate in the workforce and contribute to the country's economic growth. This, in turn, leading to increased household income and poverty reduction. [24]7.ai Foundation exclusively supports women by training them in courses such as tailoring, beautician, tally, office administration, driving and Desktop publishing with 100% placement assistance.
We sponsor child prodigies who show remarkable potential in sports, art, and culture. [24]7.ai supports their activities such as coaching, travel, and event participation.
Female children who attend public schools in developing nations like India, drop out of schools for lack of clean toilets, especially during middle school years. Our foundation strives to keep them in school and guide them to graduate successfully by sponsoring good sanitary system in public schools. So far, we have provided 100 washrooms to public schools, providing a safe and clean environment.
After primary classes, social stigma and old traditions are some of the reasons parents stop sending their girls to schools in rural India. Partnering with an NGO, the [24]7.ai Foundation is adopting 50 schools in rural suburbs of Bangalore and Hyderabad to empower girls, educate their parents, and ensure they successfully graduate.
Anganwadi centers play a vital role in early childhood care and development in India. [24]7.ai Foundation is supporting 5 Anganwadis in Karnataka with learning materials and curriculum, which helps educate over 100 rural children under the Montessori medium of education.
We launched project Nirmalaya in 2020 to focus on sanitation and clean water access to government schools in Bangalore. In the financial year 2021-22, we installed portable toilets across schools in Bangalore. So far, we have built over 300+ washrooms in Government schools in Karnataka. We have now successfully expanded this initiative to Hyderabad, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Shillong.
[24]7.ai Foundation has been supporting chess prodigy Pranav Anand since 2018. The foundation has been part of his journey towards achieving the Grandmaster Title in 2022.
