Last week I started my new role as CFO of 7.ai, a software and services company that uses artificial intelligence to vastly improve customer experience. As a well-established company that is at the forefront of chatbots and artificial intelligence, 7.ai is at an exciting phase in its growth, and I am looking forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead. As such, I was pleased when I saw that the Wall Street Journal picked up this news.
Having spent more than 30 years in financial leadership roles at both public and private companies, I have a strong sense of the value I can bring to the organization, and I believe that my experience in driving financial strategies and managing large organizations will help strengthen our position in the marketplace. I am focused on driving accelerated value for the company’s stakeholders, and ensuring the long-term success of the organization.
