15 years back when I was pursuing my graduation, I used to see my friends joining the BPO industry and was fascinated listening to them about the work culture and how they enjoyed every bit of working in this industry. Gradually, I started dreaming of joining this industry. Immediately after completing my graduation, I applied and got through [24]7.ai and I tell you, I still cherish that moment!

Since then, this organization has always stood by me. It has given every opportunity I wished to take up through internal job postings. The Internal Job posting system in this organization is really amazing. Within a few years, I got this opportunity to work with the recruitment team here and travelled major parts of India offering jobs to people who really needed it. It was always an awesome feeling and I just loved it.

3 years back, I had a major health issue and this organization, my team members & my supervisor left no stone unturned to make sure that I recover completely. Lending support emotionally, financially and with the Gift of Time emergency medical leave helped me survive, trust me on that. I am not sure if any other organization would do this for their employees.
