Monti Becker Kelly joined 7.ai in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategic Accounts for BPO & Technology and now serves as our Chief Sales Officer. Monti is responsible for the company’s overall revenue growth including acquiring new clients, expanding existing client partnerships, and account management. She leads growth strategy for the integrated Conversational AI technology platform and the CCaaS and global outsourcing business.
Monti is a widely lauded leader focused on enhancing the customer journey and experience through technology, operational efficiency, and employee empowerment. Her extensive record of industry accomplishments includes having been at the forefront of such transformative developments as the rise of smart shoring, AI-driven chatbots, async messaging, natural language speech technology, and omnichannel strategy.
Prior to joining 7.ai, Monti served as the Global Head of Sales & Account Management at Sitel. She’s also held leadership positions at Concentrix, Teleperformance, and Hong Kong Telecommunications. She began her career in the Human Capital Management business, leading pursuit teams responsible for some of the largest HR outsourcing deals in the industry. Monti has been recognized for breakout growth and industry-changing initiatives with many Fortune 500 companies in digital transformation and global contact center service delivery.
Monti is a published author and speaker, recognized for business success in publications including Oprah O-Magazine, the British Herald, and USA Today. She’s also been recognized for her contributions to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in communities around the world. She is a member of the National Coalition of the Top 100 Black Women and served on the Board of Directors for Women Executives for Community Service (Charlotte, NC) for 10 years providing scholarships and mentorship for women seeking to further their educational goals and careers. Monti resides with her family in Charlotte, NC.
