Procurement Manager – Non-IT

Job Description:

As the Procurement Manager – Non-IT, you will lead sourcing and procurement for diverse non-IT categories such as fit-out projects, housekeeping, security, employee transportation, facility consumables, equipment AMCs, MRO, real estate, leasing, medical and asset insurance, HR, recruitment, events, marketing, imports, marcom, and media. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and process standardization to deliver cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Who you are:

• Overall 10-12 years’ experience in a Shared Service environment with minimum 5+ years in Procurement of Non-IT Products and Services.
• Must be from IT / ITES / BPO industry
• Experience of managing Procure to pay processes & Procurement Operations.
• Hands-on experience in fit-out projects and facility equipment procurement
• Should have acumen to prepare for negotiation and excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mind set.
• Experienced in strategic sourcing and managing diverse customer base
• Should be highly proactive in doing consistent follow ups to drive deals to closures.
• Well organized and resourceful
• Aware of taxes, contractual clauses and other terms of commercials
• Should poses strong ethics.
• Should be foresighted, highly agile & Quick Learner
• Should have ability to analyse empirical data and put together historical price and terms for a repeat buy

What you will do

• Drive strategic sourcing and create alternative supply sources to ensure fair value and supplier selection
• Collaborate with department heads to review SOW/BOM, Put together historical price and terms, benchmark pricing, and prepare for negotiations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, taxes, duties, and contractual clauses (indemnity, liability, insurance, guarantees).
• Work with stakeholders and legal teams for contract finalization and issue purchase orders.
• Handle Non-IT spend for India GEO from Bangalore office.
