Drawing inspiration from our ongoing community efforts, we have established the [24]7.ai Foundation, a separate entity that is responsible for developing and executing bigger programs for greater impact. Our goal is to make a difference by enabling success within the local community. The foundation focuses on several corporate social responsibility initiatives, including: education, blood donation, sustainability, and other community-facing activities.

The [24]7.ai Foundation helps empower the youth through BPO skills and unlock career opportunities for underprivileged individuals. Over 350 youth in Bangalore and Hyderabad secured BPO jobs in 2022, and the initiative expanded to Shillong, placing 18 skilled Khasi tribe members within [24]7.ai in 2023.
