Our client, a large US retailer, was chosen by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the US Federal Retail Pharmacy Program to join the network of pharmacies providing vaccines to eligible individuals across the US.

As their preferred partner, [24]7.ai was tasked with supporting efforts to schedule vaccination appointments at the retailer’s US pharmacies.
