Context Matters – New [24]7 Infographic

We previously blogged about the results of a recent [24] survey of smartphone users. They overwhelmingly said that context matters when it comes to customer service. With the accelerating adoption of smartphones, consumers now engage with the world via multiple channels and devices. These new parameters of engagement have changed consumer expectations as they now demand contextual customer service delivered on “their terms. 77% of the smartphone users surveyed said that they get frustrated when companies they do business with can’t maintain the context of their conversation across channels.
