As the Chief Operating Officer at [24], Animesh Jain is responsible for Global BPO Operations along with Strategy and Marketing functions. In this role, Animesh focuses on growing revenue profitably for the organisation, expanding operations to new geographies, supporting the sales organisation and building high-performing teams through a strategic talent management framework.

Animesh has more than 37 years of experience in the Services Industry including 20 years in the Outsourcing Industry. He has spent almost 19 years in various leadership roles at [24] including his tenure as the Chief Delivery Officer for India and the Americas and the Chief Strategy Officer. He has helped build a world-class delivery organization to achieve business metrics and enhance the consumer experience and massively contributed to the digital transformation of CX for various clients.

Under his leadership, various teams have firmly established [24] sites as Great Places to Work and won several recognitions and laurels for high performance and inclusive work culture.

Before joining [24], Animesh held leadership roles at Genpact and NIIT. Animesh holds a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Mumbai (India).
