Dan Reed, Chief Customer Officer, is responsible for the sales teams, revenue and account management and the overall health of [24]7.ai’s customer relationships. Having joined the company in 2012, he also founded and still leads the Customer Advisory Board and actively participates in business reviews, customer strategies and innovative leadership to drive value to customers. Prior to [24]7.ai, he was Executive Vice President of Voxify, President of CenterPost Communications, and Senior Corporate Vice President of TTEC. Dan holds a BS and BA in mathematics and economics from St. Olaf College and joined the MBA program of Drake University.
