Leonard Stephens is Chief Human Resources Officer for [24]7.ai, responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resource strategy. Prior to joining [24]7.ai, Stephens was Chief Human Resources Officer at Globalfoundries Inc., where he created and implemented an integrated talent management system and accelerated professional development. Prior to Globalfoundries, Stephens spent 16 years at Leap Wireless/Cricket Communications where he created and led the cross-functional team that designed, developed, and established the company’s mission, vision, and values. He has also held HR leadership roles at Qualcomm and Pfizer. Stephens holds a B.A. in political science from Howard University and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
