Rienzi Ramirez brings over 22 years of experience in the outsourcing industry to [24] With 16 years at [24], Rienzi has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful services to clients across multiple locations. He is responsible for a workforce of over 14000 people across the Philippines, Latin America and India serving top organizations in the US and Australia. His focus is integrating technology and people in many different locations to generate world class CX performance.

Prior to his current role, Rienzi served as Country Manager for [24] Philippines, responsible for overall geography strategy, hiring, people engagement, and delivery. Rienzi's forward-thinking approach has propelled the organization to success, as recognized by multiple awarding bodies, including Great Place to Work™ along with other recognition in the region. As a testament to Rienzi's leadership, he has been recognized as one of the Outstanding Leaders in Asia by the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Award, Outstanding Leader by Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards (APEA), CMO Asia’s Best Philippine Leader in 2021 and is part of the recent Top 50 Rising Tigers of the Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining [24], Rienzi held leadership roles at Concentrix (formerly Convergys) and Ibex Global (formerly TRG). He is formally trained with a BA in Quantitative Economics, with two postgraduate degrees – a Masters in Industrial Economics and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
