Overview

Founders Forum is an elite forum of the company’s top performers. Outside of their contributions at work, the members are actively involved in a wide range of community projects in various geographies.

  • Safety masks – In partnership with NGOs, we produced and distributed safety masks to front-line COVID-19 warriors and police workforce across India and North America.
  • Essentials for the under privileged – Procure and distribute groceries and food essentials to seniors, orphanages, and the homeless in San Jose, Toronto, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
  • Homeless support – Provide food and bedding essentials to the homeless in California.
  • Tech4All – An initiative to provide laptops and desktops to underprivileged school children and foster kids across India and North America in support of online education due to the pandemic.
  • Skill development for students – We have partnered with universities in South India to provide basic communication and behavioral skills to 2,000 students in an endeavor to make students successful in interviews and secure good jobs.

COVID-19 Support Projects

[24]7.ai has partnered with the local government agencies in India for three projects related to COVID-19 public support:

  • Agent-assisted helpline to distribute groceries and essentials during the nationwide lock-down (April – May 2020).
  • Agent-assisted helpline to disburse monetary support for migrant workers from Assam during the COVID-19 lock-down.
  • Agent-assisted helpline to support home care assistance to mild-moderate COVID-19 patients.
